Ayurveda – what is it?
The first mention of Ayurveda can be found in the Indian Vedas, the oldest treatises written in Sanskrit. Ayurveda is translated as the science of longevity or knowledge of how to live long. It is built on natural rules and laws, its simplicity, it is accessible and understandable to everyone, but most of all, it is practiced by Buddhists and Hindus.

When the legs are crossed, blood stagnation occurs, including in the pelvic organs. Swadhistana chakra is blocked.

Food absorbs the energy of your thoughts, so when you eat or cook, think only about good things. And if you can’t completely drive away extraneous thoughts from you at the moment, it’s better to postpone the meal for a while: now it certainly won’t do you any good.
